(a) Notifies membership of luncheon meetings, scheduled speaker or program, and upcoming events on website. (b) Receives reservations from members and their guests for luncheon meetings and other events, confirming said reservations with the meeting place and events chair as appropriate. (c) Sends monthly communication request email to board members for information to be included on member emails or provides a reminder at the monthly board meeting for requests due by the Friday following board meeting. (d) Sends two monthly emails to members: i. 2 nd Monday of each month – Newsletter style informational email is sent. ii. 4 th Monday of each month – Reservation reminder email is sent.
