Secures speakers for luncheon meetings. (b) Provides follow-up with the speakers; i.e., confirmation letters, calling to confirm before meetings, and thank you letters. (c) Has contingency plan for speaker failing to show. (d) Arranges for any special needs by program speakers such as audio-visual equipment or special table arrangements. (e) Introduces speakers at meetings. (f) Performs all other such duties as ordinarily pertain to her office. (g) Updates the monthly speaker information on the home page within the week following the current monthly meeting. (h) Provides detailed speaker information as soon as detailed information is available. (i) Updates monthly speaker on speaker’s list page as soon as detailed information is available and on the home page.
