Chairs committee of at least three members to screen prospective members for possible conflicts with present members and to address current membership issues. (b) Transmits membership information to prospective members. (c) Provides a list of prospective members to the Vice President of Communications and Newsletter to contact for reservations prior to monthly luncheon meetings, and other events. (d) Keeps attendance records, noting why members are absent. A report will be presented to the Board monthly. (e) Notifies members whose membership is in jeopardy due to lack of meeting attendance. PWEG Bylaws January 2022 5 (f) Performs all other such duties as usually pertain to her office. (g) Updates the PWEGH roster as needed to keep roster current on the website. (h) Make sure Member is on a committee. (i) Performs the new member orientation (including going over the bylaws).
